The long, torturous wait for Android 4.0 updates might nearly be over for subscribers on Canada's Bell Mobility, according to a leaked internal memo posted by MobileSyrup.Assuming the schedule is the real deal, Samsung's devices will be the first to be upgraded, with the flagship Galaxy S II and 5.3-inch Galaxy Note getting their updates this month, followed by HTC's Sensation and Raider devices in June, then lastly the LG Optimus LTE in July. Turning to tablets, Bell's Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9 LTE updates both look to be on track for May and June, respectively. Unfortunately, news isn't so good for owners of non-Superphone Android devices like the Galaxy W 4G and LG Eclypse 4G — for now it looks like Bell's only rolling out updates for its top tier devices.
